Hey everyone, here’s my review of the RealLady 168cm. I received this doll from Sex Dolls Land and placed the order on August 20, 2025, and received it on October 10, 2025. I communicated with Anson primarily on WhatsApp, and they helped me every step of the way. I sent the reference photos and asked for their suggestions and advice, and they delivered!
I do want to emphasize how great it was dealing with Sex Dolls Land. They were very responsive and communicative. They sent me photos of the heads before even the final factory photos, and gave me recommendations when it came to choosing ROS vs ROS Max vs hard head. In the end, I went with one hard head and one ROS Max.
📦 Shipping & Packaging
After receiving the factory photos, it took about 11 days for the doll to arrive at my door via FedEx. The doll was wrapped in her sleeping bag and surrounded by expanding foam. I opted for all of the softer options, and the doll arrived in perfect condition. No indentations or damage.
Both heads arrived wrapped in foam and taped, and looked beautiful. Sex Dolls Land was also very kind and included bolts for each doll, clothing for her, a promotional bikini set, a deck of Irontech Cards, a mousepad, a brush, a douche bottle, a guide on doll usage and cleaning, and other goodies.
✨ First Impressions & Details
As can be seen in the photos, the details are absolutely immaculate. Out of the box, I removed the expanding foam and opened her sleeping bag and saw that silky cream skin tone and felt those perfect, supple breasts. They were so soft and exceeded all my expectations.
I will admit, the doll is heavier than I expected. Do not underestimate the deadweight of a doll. I did opt for the softer options, so she was heavier than the listed weight. Out of the box, the body was magnificent. The skin was soft, smooth, and realistic. The thighs were soft, and the gel butt was PERFECT. I truly mean it. It was so soft, and I was able to really grab it.
In the past, other dolls I’ve had with gel butts were firmer than expected. THIS IS VERY SOFT. I almost couldn’t get my hands off her perfect butt.
Another thing I will note is the articulated fingers. They are thicker and more human-like than I imagined they would be. They’re built to last but look so real. The slender shape of her body and the supple softness of her silky cream skin was like a dream come true. Somehow, she looked even better than the advertised photos and the factory photos.
💋 ROS Max Head Experience
I will review the ROS Max head separately, but I was also very surprised by the softness of the head and the mouth, even with the implanted hair. By special request, I sent Sex Dolls Land a reference photo for the pubic hair and requested more after the first factory photo.
It looked so good in person, and I really like the thickness of the implanted pubic hair. It really felt like genuine pubic hair.
The love hole placement was pretty good, but I expected that. The entrances were inviting and the most beautiful colors. They were soft, and the textures inside felt so nice. The tightness was also perfect and made it hard to last.
🔥 Usage & Realism
I tried the doll in various positions. The gel butt made the usage very enjoyable. Being able to spread her from behind and grab her perfect butt made it much more immersive. Missionary and seeing her perfect breasts bounce was also so much fun.
This doll is seriously perfect.
As much as the hard head is great for display and photography, I had a ton of fun with the ROS head. The ROS Max head made it so I can adjust the suction with the cap on the right side under her ear. While there was no sucking, gliding into her mouth was a realistic experience, and it was nice and soft, which surprised me.
Though the head was both soft silicone and implanted, I experienced minimal shedding, and it was amazing.
🏆 Final Thoughts — “The Porsche of Dolls”
This doll is truly the one doll to rule them all. It’s like the frickin Porsche of dolls. It’s luxury, but it DELIVERS.
It’s the best doll I have owned, and my only critique would be the weight of the doll. That said, if I could only own one doll, this would be it.
