Log in to your account and go to My Account → Orders.
You’ll see a list of your orders. Find the order you want to check and click View next to it.
Once opened, you’ll see your Order Details page — including your doll’s current production stage under “Your Doll’s Journey.”
Each milestone (like Silicone Pouring, Body Painting, Hair Implants, Makeup, and more) updates automatically, so you can see exactly where your doll is in her creation process.
Moreover, we will also sent you photos for your confirmation once the order status changed to Makeup and Fatory Photo session.
